We are looking to sell our farm. If you know of anyone looking, please forward it on. There are two neighbors that take lessons from me so it may be a good start for someone and we're in a great location.

I have ten horses. I'd like to start a boarding business and the place is too small to add more than 10 or so.

We love it there ...
