selling my horses

I have just been informed by my BO that they are not going to be boarding horses anymore. So I have to get rid of at least 2 of my guys.

I am listing them all.

Mckenna my 15.3hh TB mare. She is is broke to ride w/t/c and is very quiet and responsive undersaddle. She is JC registered. I am asking $5000 for her.

Ivy my QH mare. She is also broke to ride but not 100% sound all the time. She will be seeing the chiro this week to see if that helps. I am open to offers on her and willing to free lease her to the right person. $800

Phoenix palomino QH colt. He is halter broke now and is getting more friendly everyday. He is a tank and should be good at whatever he is wanted for. $1000

Roxy oldenburg/tb filly. She is an awesome filly. She has lovely movement and will make a great prospect when she is older. She is halter broke and UTD on shots, worming & has ad her feet trimmed. $4000

Ivy & Phoenix are available now for $1300 as a package deal

I know of someone looking for a beginner horse, she'd only go as fast as a walk. Suitable?? Pm if she might.

Ivy is sound most days nand when she is off i don't even know how to describe it... it is like she is stiff and has a weird gait

I have only ridden her w/t

I don't know if she is beginner ready. I need to ride her a few more times to know how much she knows but she would rather walk then anything else.

I REALLY REALLY need to move Ivy & Phoenix. Phoenix's papers have been sent in so he will be registered AQHA in a few weeks when it goes through.

I am negotiable on the prices for them since I really want them to go to a good home and If i had the room I would keep them ... but 4 horses on an acre for the winter isn't really a great idea...

I am reducing the prices on Ivy and Phoenix to try to move them. I would like $500 for Ivy, $800 for Phoenix or $1000 for both of them.

I like the mare but with the news today of relocating next spring/summer I have to watch exactly how many horses I have to move with me next year.
