Looking for a husband horse

My friend is looking for a husband horse. He needs to be safe on trail rides. His current horse has bolted a couple of times so it has shaken his confidence a little bit. I have looked on Trentriders, Horsetopia, Equinenow and Equestrian Connection. They are looking to spend around $4,000. Does anyone know of any horses? Your guys help is very much appreciated.

You could try Garrison's....

I've heard both good and bad things about them, but you can get a horse on a trial to see if he/she will work for you.

Also, you could check out EMG...

List exactly what you are looking for and your fellow Ontario Horsetopians will start looking.

If you just want a sound sane trail horse you shouldn't have to spend $4000.00.

we are looking for a horse between the ages of 8 to 15. Doesn't matter if it is mare or gelding. Want a safe horse to go on trails, no buck, or bolt. His current horse has taken to bolting and has made him feel less confident. he just wants to go trail riding with his wife without the fear that something is going to happen. If you know of a horse like this, please let me know.
