checking out a breeder?

Im just wondering if anybody has heard of a guy in the Bracebridge area, who breeds quarter horses. His name is Terry Moore. I may go look at a horse that he bred and raised and then sold to the people who own her now(they have only had her 2 months). Does he have quality horses or what?????? If anyone knows anything, please let me know. Thanks guys!!

I've only been in the area for about 6 months so still learning who is who around here...he's not a name I have heard.
Does he have a website?

I dont know if he has a website , the people who own the mare just told me the name of the guy who bred and raised her. She is an 8 year old quarterhorse mare who was broke as a 2 year old , then had 2 foals. She is by a stud named "Dun By Freckles" and the dam is "Senora Chex". She is well bred , I just need to check out her conformation and attitude and make sure she is sound to at least breed , if not sound to ride as well.

Nope I tried a few searches and didnt come up with any websites...nor have I heard of him

Thanks everyone ! I just found out that the guy had major money trouble and that his horses were taken to auction and that was where the people who own her now , bought her from. They bought her 2 months ago and was told she was in foal to a foundation stud. But their vet said ,nope, not in foal. He did say she was sound to breed and ride. Id have my own vet check her out tho. The mares name is "Senora Play Chex". They sent me a couple pics of her and she looks decent enuff with straight legs and good sized feet. The pics dont show her good enuff to really see her. Will have to check her out in person.

That's such a weird coinkydink-I was contacted by these folks who wanted to breed this mare to Docz-they set up a date to come and see him and then didn't show. Called later and said they still wanted to come and see him but a situation had come up.
Too bad Docz is going to miss out on her-I would have loved to see that kind of breeding put to him.
