We went to their open house. Well if anyone is interested, in September they are hosting an event. I think it'll be worth the trip. We plan to go. write it down on your calender.

One of the farms in Steuben County has been getting a lot of attention recently over its high-tech milking parlor. Now you, too, can see what all the fuss is about. Paul Wolcott's farm has been selected as the location for the 2008 Steuben County Farm-City Day on September 20. The annual fall event features a tour of a working local dairy farm and creates a fun family affair with wagon rides, a corn maze, petting farm, pumpkin patch and numerous dairy exhibitors.

Sounds like a fun day to learn dairy. I used to milk my grandmothers goats by hand, than they would kick over the milk can, I would add water to it , boy did I get yelled at because than the milk would not cook to make cheese.
I could taste the homemade cheese now. Yummmmmmmm.
