Hi Jenny, I have some horses for sale also, riding horses and minis.
What are you looking for, and what is your budget.?

Depends on mileage really. The old standard was $1.50 per loaded mile, but if you find something you really want you can post on www.uship.com and get competition for hauling. I did it when I moved my 3 to NY from Michigan and was very pleased. I would guess you could get transport from Ohio, Pennsylvania, etc for around $500 or so depending on mileage. The key is to be ready to travel with the health certificate, coggins, etc, so if someone has a last minute opening, your horse is ready to go on short notice. You get the best deal that way, as shippers are trying to get a full load. I got great deals both times I shipped horses that way.

Thanks Jade =)
I'm looking for a BIG horse, at least 15.3 hands and 1300 pds or bigger. LOL, a tank on 4 legs. Need a confidnece builder, at least initially just so I can get back into regular riding. Definately 100% sound and not spooky. I open to color, and either mare or gelding, preference for something between 6-12 years old. I am open to breed, gaited is a plus, I think an Appy would be cool, a paint, QH, draft cross if it isn't too thick. I'm not a TB person, but would entertain a cross if it sounded like a good match. LOTS of trail riding experience is a HUG plus, as that is my main interest. If you come across something, please let me know! Thanks, Sheila |

My life is not my own these days.
Sorry to say so far no one wants to purchase this old model but I'm told I'm getting a new color tomorrow. Maybe that will do the trick. ![]() Went to Burger King the other day and got a seniors discount. Sorry I don't have what you are looking for. Did have, but I sold them. My sources are drying up too. The only person that I know that breeds and sells, well they are pricey. She has QH's. I'll keep my eyes and ears open for any horses in the area that come up for sale.
