Cob size headstall too big for Arab head

Well my daughter went to ride one of our horses today and her head is so short that our cob size headstall was too long for her. Is there such a thing as a large pony size headstall? I hate to put additional holes in our other headstall because it already fits my daughter's other horse. Any ideas would be appreciated...

I don't want to give you the idea that she is deformed or out of balance, she just has a short head. She is an Arab but shorter headed than my others.
