If anyone is interested, there is a BLM Wild Horse and Burro adoption event at Gardner, KS this weekend. Looks like there is one coming in Sedalia, MO in September.

I always go to the one here in Sedalia. I like looking, and always want to take one home with me.

Oh, I can't go. I don't have the facilities, time or know-how to deal with a mustang.

I would like to go watch the proceedings, though.

Usually the one they do here, they are fairly new to it here, the have them all in corral pens. Auctioneer goes around to each one and auctions them off one at a time. If I had the room and time for one...I know I would take a yearling home, they sell so cheap.

There's also the online adoption going on now! They have a beautiful paint mare, & a curly filly! Plus a ton of others too...
