Looking for a young horse ....

Brad's due for a new horse, so we've been looking. He really would like a buckskin, but open to other options. Papers don't matter, must be male (will be gelded if not already), prefer 3-4 yrs or YOUNGER, and must end up good sized as he is 6'4 and would look funny on a really small horse

If ya'll know of anything remotely close to arkansas please let me know.

Also, WE are on a budget, With the way prices are, I'd say we really don't wnat to put more then 1200 or so out....

Thanks in advance

What sort of training do you want it to have?

Too bad you aren't closer I know where you could find a ton of 3 yr olds to weanlings that are duns and buckskins.

Shoot - have a wonderful young, flashy gelding - but not near your price range. Will keep my eyes and ears open (I'm in Kansas City - sort of close to AR)

I moved this to the regional forum since that's where solicitations are allowed.

We've got a yearling who's for sale.

Registered Paso Fino gelding; chocolate buckskin. I'll have to string test him to find out what he should end up at. He's almost as tall as his dam right now, so he's "long and lanky".

Not sure yet what the other half wants to ask for him, but figured I'd mention it to ya that he's on the market, though Brad'd have to wait a bit to ride him. OHHH the trials of waiting on those yearlings!! ARGH!

I have one buckskin colt and three buckskin fillies for sale, if Brad wants to raise his own.

Oh! I completely forgot about Dennis - he is our yearling gelding. He's dun instead of buckskin.

ETA: We could probably work out something on delivery - maybe meet somewhere when we are going to visit family. It's about the same distance for you to get to Beebe as it is Little Rock, and Beebe is alot easier to get around.

Shayla thank your for letting me know about your colt, As much as I LOVE gaited horses, brad is strictly a stock horse man and would never go for it

I guess I should of added that info for everyone... Needs to be stock horse

I figured as much. I don't mind at all. Just figured I'd throw it out there just in case.

Here is my girl Jetta, would make up the difference for your gas if that helps, also she is currently being started.
The pics are terrible. She's not a gelding, but she is well bred, and alot prettier than her pic
