Stuff/Horses For Sale

I thought we could follow along like the rest of the regional forums and have us a little "swap shop" thread. We can put horses for sale/wanted/trade or any tack we might have for sale or what we may be looking for. Seemed like a good idea! So add away everyone!

I will start with new post!

Tack for sale:
*14" Tesky's Square Skirt Barrel saddle. I am pretty sure it has semi-qh bars but it could have full. I will measure this weekend. It is light color and has just finally reached the its commfy and broke in stage. It has a silver cap in the horn and silver on each side of where a back cinch would go. Its in good condition, has a stain on one of the fenders but its covered by your leg. Comes with the aluminum stirrups that are on it now. Its a great saddle but it just doesn't fit me anymore. It has a very deep seat with the higher cantle. Its probably about 6-8 years old and it might have seen 200 rides. Its been used but not abused. Its always covered and oiled as needed. If it were a 14 1/2 or a 15...I wouldnt be selling it. I am the only owner bought it brand new.

*Have a pair of Chap-a-rel Chinks. Brown w/ tan accents.
* Have a long shanked hackamore with a rope nose. Its kinda like a bettle hackamore but with way longer sides on it. I dont forsee I will ever use it. I tried it on a customer horse, they hated it and I dont have a use for it.
* Show clothes for sale, FTWW top, Panhandle slim retro shirt.
I guess thats all for now. I will get pictures of the tack this weekend!

I've posted about him before, has some issues we are trying to work through. Don't have a HT ad yet because I'm not in that big of a hurry to get him sold just yet. Just want to see if I get any bites, if someone else wants to work him, that works for me. I just need a bigger horse that is very calm for Damien and the girls to ride.

I have several horses to sell, but I really want to sell my roan filly soon. I simply don't have much time for her right now and the guys are busy with the cow horses. I am somewhat negotiable on her price and would consider taking a good flat seat cutting saddle as partial trade. See my thread for her details..she is the bay roan June Bug filly.

LOOKING FOR:

A large pony sized 4 1/2 inch, twisted wire O ring snaffle.

A large pony sized half breed side pull - the kind with a nose band and snaffle bit.

Neon green splint boots that will fit a med/large pony

Neon green roping rein

Do they make SMB boots in Xtra Small??? Smalls are too big.

HAVE TO SELL:

Lunging cavesson

Western pleasure bit that has the spring loaded mouth piece.

Ladies size 7 1/2 or 8 boots, brown in color with the ostrich bottom and nice soft uppers. Only worn a few times. (I'll check on size to be sure)

3 Horse slant gooseneck horse trailer.

I'm sure I have more to sell...I'll list it later.

I just want to add that we love Myler Bits. If you have any for sale let us know. My husband uses a 3 piece O ring snaffle that he loves. We would like to have another one of those, but will take a look at any and see if we can use them also.

I am going to look for another flat seat cutter sometime in the near future, but I can't afford one just yet....Unless you'd want to trade on something.

I may have the twisted wire oring bit laying around. I'll let you know as soon as I find out. I know I have a full cheek twisted wire, but I think we also have an oring that we tried. If I have one I'll send it to ya.

Yeah, we bought it for Damien's last pony. I should know tomorrow for sure. If I don't have one I know somebody that does...let me do some checkin around.

I lost board on one of my pastures so I need to get rid of some stock. I have the 5 pony mules, you can see pics under the long ears thread. $150ea
I have 3 two year old QH fillys, all can be started under saddle (hubby is a prof. trainer), a bay, a bay roan, and a dun w/black points, all with excellent papers and priced to sell fast, from $700 (bay roan) down to $300 (bay). All stunning athletic girls, and easy to handle in all ways.
We have an older (19)y.o. Appy gelding, I use him for all the company that comes over. My other horses are pushy with him, so I would like to find him a really nice home, he is safe, and rides great, sound...good trail or all around horse. $750
I have other broke ranch geldings and mares that are for sale also, pm for details if you are in the market for a horse.

I still have my american brand trail saddle for sale. Hardly looks used at all. It has a 16 inch seat thats why im selling it. I bought a billy cook with a 15 inch seat that I dont slide out of

. Really comfortable saddle. Well taken care of. Would sell outright or consider trading for a TexTan hereford saddle. Doesnt have to be fancy but in GOOD shape.

I've got stuff that needs to go.

Bought this saddle at an auction; dunno if it's full or semi QH bars or the maker (and I've looked for any kind of mark). 16" seat. I suspect it's a trail saddle. Only reason it's for sale is that I've got more saddles than racks, and I don't use it any longer.

Asking $150.

Weaver noseband for tie-down. Used once; bought brand new. Asking $30.

Brand new in package, size Large Classic Equine Legacy Sport boots in purple. Asking $60.

I also have 3 quilted English pads (2 black and 1 maroon). 1 English bridle in black.

I also have a box full of assorted tack that I'm selling for a friend. There's a rounded skirt pad in there (she owned/owns Arabs), some headstalls, bits and various 'things'. I'll get pictures.

That's all I can think of right now.

4 horse goose neck trailer, in amazing shape. Inside re-painted, new floors etc. Really need it gone, we don't have room for three trailers anymore
