Need a Beginners Pony/Small Horse

I got the lock on this thread in Buying and Selling so here it now is!

Ok....FINALLY after 4 years of being back into horses, my 10 year old son has become interested....very interested. So, the hunt is on. All I'm looking for is your typical, hard to find, child proof pony (might that be an oxymoron??? ) to help build confidence. Anything up to 14H would be considered and age is not an issue. I live in northern Arkansas. Thanks!

And yes....money IS an issue. I'd like to keep it under 800.00.

I know this woman has started selling several ponies, I know the one in this ad isn't broke yet, but you might talk to her to find out what else she has... Pretty reasonable price too.

No i don't know thier website...

Here is a link to the ones they have "listed" on horseville, they usually seem to have several so you might just have to call them... If nothing else, maybe they know someone that would have what your looking for...

Have you found a horse for your son yet? If not I have one that may work, she's 21yr was used for ranch work then as a broodmare for the last several years. Currently using her to teach a 6yr little girl the basics. She's a very patient mare, a little stubborn at times, but absoutly no buck, rear, or spook in her. She prefers to just walk and trot but will lope. Pm me for more info and pic's.
