Textan saddle...

Im looking for an older Textan hereford saddle. Doesnt have to be anything special but definitely in good condition meaning nothing big broken or needing replaced. Little things I may be able to fix. Must be decent priced or will trade/partial trade my american trail saddle. My american is in good condition. Has some paint on the wool that doesnt effect the saddle at all and a couple notches in the back of the seat that could easily be fixed. So if anyone knows of anything help me out! Thanks

I bought a Tex Tan Hereford a few months ago and I'm not exactly in love with it. It is about a 30 year old 15 1/2 inch saddle. I've cleaned it up since the photos were taken.

Here is my original post on it
Old Saddle

I have ridden in it a few times, and it is okay, but not as comfortable for me as my other saddle. It may be a little small for me??? (I'm 5'11 - 190) If that is what you are looking for let me know.

Hmm. Its a little older than I like and a little darker oil than im used to but over all I like the looks of it. Can you tell me approximately how much it weighs? Im 5'6 and my horse is right at 16 hands so throwing a really heavy saddle up on my spaztic horse without him freaking out lol. Its a chore anyways with my current saddle. Also can you tell me where you are located? Are you looking for an even trade for something more comfortable? My saddle is a 16 in seat trail saddle so it may be more comfortable if you are interested. My dad is 6'4 about 220 lbs and he rode comfortably in it for 2 weeks in colorado. He doesnt ride anymore and its too big for me to feel "safe" in. Meaning if my horse does a quick spin I usually slide right out of it lol. You can PM me if you would like Teddy. Thanks for your reply!
