Horse trailer - UPDATE: Pictures and price added

I just thought I'd throw this out there and maybe get lucky. We are looking for a bigger horse trailer. Finances are pretty tight right now (husbands work has been limited due to the weather the last few months and we all know how the horse market is right now) so we are wanting to trade rather than buy at this time.

We have a 3 horse slant g/n. It is steel. It can be a regular slant or reverse slant. It has a step up rear door and a side door at the head of the first horse with a ramp. This makes it able to have several different loading and hauling options. Drop windows (3) on both head and butt sides. Dressing room with a 4 or 5 ft short wall, 8-9 ft long wall, picture window, and carpeting. Rear tack. Paint is faded but no major rust or defects. I haven't priced it yet because we use this trailer every weekend and I don't want to be without a trailer until I have another one or can trade for one.

We are wanting something that will haul 5 or 6 horses. It doesn't have to be all fancy but does need to be in good shape. It needs to be atleast 7' tall, the wider the better, have a tack compartment for saddles and all the other junk (atleast a small dressing room with saddle racks), no major rust or metal problems please and be in good working order. We prefer a horse trailer with dividers or a stock combo with the side slats at the top as long as it has a place for saddles, tack, and junk. NO head to head loads, only slant or stock combo please.

PM me with details and pictures if you have one and are wanting to trade for a smaller trailer.

Thanks.

Here are a few pictures of our trailer. We found one that will work for us so we have decided to go ahead and price this one. We use it every weekend and it is in good working order. Any surface rust has been sanded and primered and it only needs a light sanding to be ready for new paint if desired but it is completely useable as it is. I metioned before that it can be either a regular slant load (horse facing forward) or a reverse slant (horse facing rear). The dividers are padded and can be reversed. The dividers do swing and hinge from either end so you can load or unload out of either door regarless of which way the dividers are. Roof vents over each horse and drop windows on each side. The rear tack has several hooks for hanging of lots of stuff. Tires and floor are in good shape. Pulls really good. Price is $3,800.

ETA: I do have the center cap that is missing on the drivers side, we just haven't took the time to take the tire off and put it back on. The only thing that I know is wrong with it is the sliding window at the head of the first horse is missing the right side of the glass, other than that everything is there and works. We haven't purchased the other trailer yet so if you have one you might want to trade we are still open to offers. PM me.

It is a good trailer and pulls really good. The paint is only cosmetic. The only reason we are getting rid of it is because we have some young horses that need to be hauled and ridden. We like to haul our normal riders and take a young one or two along for the experience.

Hey Lopin, where in Missouri are you?

I'll probably drop you a PM in a few days after I can get the other half to take a look at the pics (he's in Nebraska for the next few evenings picking up his RV).
