I'm a bit East of center. It's not doing anything here right now, but the temperature has plummeted. Saturday was so beautiful, now yuck. I sure hope we don't get what they're calling for.

I'm about 50 miles NE of Little Rock. We probably have an inch of snow and it is still coming down hard. We had some sleet or freezing rain before the snow started so there is some ice here as well. I work about 20 miles east of here and they say the roads are fine there but I haven't gone in yet. Hubby says the roads are bad here. I am planning to go in after lunch.

They were saying on the news last night that we could expect between 7-10 inches of snow overnight. We got about 2. Ok with me but my boys were kinda dissapointed!

Gypsy, you must work in Searcy - almost as redneck as Batesville...

We got right at 5 inches here, between Clinton and Morrilton. My sister at Shirley got 8 inches, and my nephew in Russellville got about a foot.

I wonder how Cascy is doing? Dardanelle I think got more than anyone else - I've heard as high as 14 inches...

Yeah we dont have anything and the sun is actually peeking out a little bit. With the weather change I knew one of mine would act colicky and I was right. Scarlett went off feed but was not showing any other signs so I have just figured it was this weird weather change causing her to get an upset stomach. She was back to normal this morning anfter getting a dose of banamine last night. I wish the weather would make up its mind preferably to springtime temps nonstop this weather is nuts!

We are supposed to get between 8 and 10 inches. It started to snow around 8 am, it is now noon and we have about 5" and still coming down. I think our whole second shift has called in already.

Here in KC it is sunny and cold. Not terribly windy - but chilly. Thank goodness daylight savings time starts this weekend - even if it is cold, at least it will be light enough to ride in the evenings!

Daylight savings starts this weekend???? I thought it was later in the month?

We were supposed to get 5-7 inches, but I know we got more...I didn't measure for exact total, but I'm guessing more like 9 or so. I'm 5'1" (a little taller with my muck boots) and I was carring 5 gallon buckets of grain to the mares and the bottom of my buckets kept dragging in the snow.

I absolutely had to go to town to deliver some work this morning. I got my car door open (finally) but once I got it open it wouldn't latch when I closed it. Somehow the inner parts of my door must have frozen. My husband decided it was snowing too bad for me to go anyway so he took it instead. Now to keep the door closed and the snow out - I have a board propped against my door until it warms up enough (or I figure out how - without taking my door apart) to thaw the latch out.

..we'd use duct tape up here in Jefferson county.....

Looks like we got about 7". Glad its over and will be 40ish today, what a muddy mess it will be.

I'm excited about the time change!

Yes, I work in Searcy. We probably ended up with 3 inches or so here in Rose Bud. Searcy got maybe an inch. I went in to work at noon and the snow was almost gone there.
I wondered about Cascy as well, especially since they are moving.
Now they are calling for more on Thursday night possibly. I am SO ready for spring.

Well, Betsy (my pathfinder) is not much, but I was afraid duct tape would take the paint off.... she does have good paint - it's one of her strong points....it thawed out and latched today.

We will definitely be glad for the time change - more riding time.

I am in Ozark, on top of a mountain and earlier we were at 6 and half and maybe more now. Its still coming down hard and not expected to stop until mid morning.
So we may just well hit a foot or better.
Around here they were saying some places a foot or more.
