Road trip..

Hey,
Is anyone interested in going to Lopins open house that she is having Sept 13th. I was thinking that it would be kind of fun to go. I'll admit that I don't know much or very little about her breed of horses but I'm always up for learning something new. Anyone else care to join me..

Man, I'd love to go - Saddlebreds are cool, and it'd be way fun to meet some more HT folks!

Unfortunately it won't work for me....

That's only about 3 hours away from me, I would love to go, but would have to find a sitter for my boys. My husband will be at his harley riders class and my daughter will not be home.

I had planned on going I am only 1/2 hour from her ( Pulaski Wi) But just happens to be the same day as the Nolan fall horse auction and have to help a friend who is selling 8 head ( you don't want to know) So won't be able to make it.

Anyone else going to Nolans ?? I plan to buy/rescue one (maybe 2

)

Oh man, pvf, I so would love to go, but I'm hard at it again with another lab experiment and a new addition to my field work, it just ain't gonna happen. Dang. I really would love to visit Lopin and hear all about her SB. They are SO gorgeous, especially that Captain Oats, he's my boyfriend ya know

Joker, I hope to get to the auction in the afternoon to check out the horses. I'm stopping at Lopin's open house on the way! I already have a project horse so I can help you look.

Who is bringing 8 horses?

Sorry I missed you at the fair...we were there on Monday and got bored watching the fun show. Kinda of small, not very fun.

I plan on going to Nolans early (8am) to get seats it's gonna be packed supposed to rain and no trail rides in the area that I know of and only state 4H show so I think allot of people will be there.
Iwasborn: Do you need directions you could come with me but I plan on staying all day so might be best to follow me ( or get directions ) and you can leave when you have to or get "bored"

Gottaride: Melody was takeing 8 but sold mares to Larry D and is only takeing 2 colts Saw that invester gelding

LAME couldn't even lunge him just "off" in the front did some streching and did not show pain gonna talk to a vet about that type of injury I think its more than they say. Cute horse tho. OH Lopin was on Good Day Wis ( channel 11) let the reporter ride and talked about the open house BEAUTIFUL place and horses

Hey I forgot! That's this Saturday and the MHARF is having its training show and auction at the UofM's equine center!
