Morgan cross mare and foal

During a finance discussion with DH the other day I had to agree to sell my foal (was planning to) and my mare. I'm not very happy about selling the mare because I had a trainer all lined up for her but... with hay prices and such it looks like I'm going to have to...

So, if anyone is looking for a black Morgan x QH mare 12yrs old, 14.1hh (ish)... she's been used as a brood mare for at least the last 4 years. Previous owners said that she was broke to ride but that they had never ridden her. I haven't tried her out because she was too pregnant when I got her so I can't say she is broke. She's alpha mare and a bit spirited. Has a very floaty trot. Foal won't get weaned until the end of August. Not registered. I won't be asking for alot of $.

Filly is sorrel 3/4 Morgan with a bold blaze. Born May 6th. Was getting handled regularly up until the vet came and gave her shots... now she won't come near you. Won't be asking for alot there either.
