Has anyone ever ridden at Elba Equestrian Center or Sleepy Hollow?

If you have any information it sure would help.

Elba- I cant seem to find a map online of the trails.

Sleepy- I just want to hear others opinions on sleepy.

Thanks in advance!

Tami

LMH18 - Yes I googled Sleepy Hollow on my comp and they said they have two loops. For how long I cant say off hand. From other posters they comment on how long it takes to do the loops.

If the weather is decent my Mon and I are going this week on friday. So if everything goes as planned I will post here.

Elba is nice!

I finally got to go there! Its just a hop skip and a jump from where I live so that makes it even better.

I would say its more for the intermediate horse and rider. Some trails are really narrow that are close to drop offs and the hills are really a challege. There are some creek crossings so beware there, they can and do get really mucky. I would nt recommend going after a hard rain because the mud holes are slippery and mucky too.

On the good side its totally beautiful to ride. You can run in the open spots and enjoy the foliage in the trees. Plus with all the odles of land to ride, you hardly ever see other horseback riders. Staging area is nice and large plus you have porta potties and a hand pump.

I am always looking for more fellow horseback riders so feel free to pm me if you want to meet up there.
