Fall color ride

I have a fairly large group of riders that I often ride/camp with are looking for a good place to take a Fall Color Tour on horseback. We are thinking of going up north, Travers City area, so we can go before the weather gets too cold. Does anyone have any suggestions of what is a good place? We would like to camp and stay for a weekend. Does not have to have water or anything, as we usually bring our own with us.

How many people and horses would it be? I have a nice spot to go up north of Big Rapids but I am not sure how many horses could "fit" at the place I am thinking.

We normally go with around 15-20 horses. But we can get away with only 10 or so trailers. We usually go to Hungerford or up to Pines Point, but we want to go further up near Traverse City area. Looking to go maybe the beginning of October.

I knew a Breeder - since passed away Very Well Respected Breeder !! That had a Stallion called Heza Special Bug - Weldon Sold all his horses prior to his passing wondered if your one horse you list on your Signature " Heza" is related? ( After Heza Special Bug ) Just wondering..
