To Be Presented to Horseback Riders
At the request of the U.S. Forest Service, representatives of hikers, mountain bikers, and horseback riders have been meeting since last winterto discuss issues in the Cave Run area. The four equestrians who participated in this project have developed a trail proposal which they will be presenting to other horseback riders for input. The Forest Service personnel will be there to give a report on how the rest of the project will proceed.
This public meeting for horseback riders will be held Sunday, August 24th at 1:00pm at the
Bath County Extension Office at Ext 123 of HWY I-64. Attendees should bring chairs for seating.
Written (only) input and questions will be taken at the meeting. Cards/Paper will be provided. The equine representatives will review all submissions and will pass the information on to the Forest Service. This is your chance to hear what is going on and to
write down your concerns, ideas, and comments.
Please remember to bring chairs!
