UPDATED INFO: Lexington or surrounding areas rental house??
Does anyone have anybody (friend or family) that has a house with enough acreage for a horse or two that is for rent (reasonable)......I know due to the 2010 equine olympics, lots of places have jacked up their prices and the lowest available so far has been 1,500 dollars a month rent!
This lady is 37 years old, trying to finish a late degree at EKU and needs a place to live where she can have a couple of horses.... Any info would be greatly appreciated. She is willing to drive 45 minutes to get to Lexington from where she would be residing....and wants a place by August 1st.

New Info: About Rental of Needed Farm House/10 Acres
UPDATE:
Here's her email with information about renting Thanks for asking around. (I have one year left until graduation so..) [EKU is in Richmond, KY and I presently live in Lex.] *The surrounding towns within an hour to my school are: 1. Anywhere in Madison County, 2. Winchester or anywhere in (Clark Co.), 3. Nicholasville or (Jessemine Co.), Paris or (Bourbon County), 4. ..as far south as the Lancaster or Berea areas, and maybe even as far west as Georgetown/Scott Co. if it is close to I-75 {because it is a straight shot down the interstate to Richmond}. = the area -I'm not too picky about where, because if I could find 10 acres {my roommate has four Appys that I dearly love and often care for when she has to work late} with horse fencing/Barn/2+bdrm House --affordable enough-- then I can deal with the commute on my gas tank. **As for the price** I am very frugal, like to keep a buffer in savings and watch my budget to the penny.... So, the closer it is to Richmond =assuming I am paying all utilities, my roommate and I combined can go as high as $1,100 to lease a house/farm prop. **HOWEVER, the further away it is from EKU/Richmond-southeast Lexington, the less we could pay in rent, to budget in for gas tank expenses (which obviously continue to rise)
