Looking for 4-h broke western pleasure type horse

I am helping some people find there first time 4-h horse,girl has been taking lessons,would kind of like pony size under 56 but horse built.She will also look at horses.Kind of been there done that,also must trail ride or kid safe to play with.Up to 1500.00.Havn't said mare or gelding,just what will work right now.North western part of Indiana,or around indy.Just depends on what it is.If any one knows of any possiblties let me know Thanks.
