Anyone have partial board in Palm Bay?

I have a relative of a co-worker who is looking to get a horse for her daughter and needs to find a cost-effective place to board a horse. She wouldn't mind doing partial board. Thanks for your input everyone!

I live in Palm Bay, actually..
And I can give you 2 places, both of which I've boarded at.

Moonlight Farms owned by Michiel Post:
11 acre facility, 4 barns (wood).
Riding arena, access to thousands of acres of trails.
Horse is pastured with 1 other horse.
Offer's Full, Full-Partial, and Partial boarding.
Owner does not live on Premesis.
$150

J Bar E Stables owned by Patrick O'Reilly:
(I strongly recommend this facility more)
3 Barns (2 concrete, 1 wood), 2 riding areas.
Horse is pastured with 1 other horse.
Weekly barn trail rides.
Offer's Partial board only.
Owner's house on premesis, but he works full time.. However, there is someone on the premesis at all times..
Everybody is extremely nice.
$175 for a stall in the large barn
$150 for a stall in the grey or red barn (red barn is full to my knowledge)

If you'd like phone numbers (or locations), let me know..
I know of a few other places as well.. But these are the 2 that I've boarded at..

No problem...
I can refer them to alot of great places/people around here

Trainers (Well, dressage and jumpers), Ferriers, Vets, feed stores, you name it.

Malabar Feed & Farm is pretty much the best feed store to work with..
Geoffe Simmons (pronounced Jeff) was an amazing ferrier.
Newman Equine has excellent vet's working for them..

If they need to know anything, just let me know..
Since I can't own a horse right now, I love helping people out within the industry.
