Brevard Fires-evacuations

I am on the West coast, all is well here ...... for now. Just waiting for our fires to start up. Our county just sent over numerous FF and trucks to help out.

So sad.........I HATE ARSONISTS !!

If there is anything we can do let us know.

They are such sicko's. The more destruction is caused the better they feel. They love to be noticed, and so the more news coverage they get the more excited they get. It's really unfortunate that with every one that is replaced, another one is there to take its place. We are all vulnerable to arsonists. But as I said before, the world is only going to get worse...

We are not close enough to offer assistance, but we sure are close enough to smell smoke.

We moved to this area from the Melbourne area. My in-laws are still there, and they say Melbourne is OK. We still own a house in Palm Bay that we can't sell. My husband says he hopes it burns down. So far, it is OK too. And here in N. Central Fl, we can't even smell the smoke.

We moved to this place on May 12 last year when the terrible fires were burning in Lake City. We arrived at our new place at 10:30 p.m. and the smoke and ash were so bad, it was like it was snowing. I wondered if we'd moved to hell. But since those fires were put out, it's been more like heaven here. We love it.

Broward county checking in! I can smell the smoke from Everglades Nat'l Park down in Miami-Dade...got to say, I love the smell of burning wood - toasty. lol. otherwise, everything is intact and little to no smoke fog -

I'm just worried about my aunt who lives up in Palm Bay/Melbourne, she has 2 houses - and both are in those areas ..havent talked to her in 3 yrs b/c of family issues so I guess she must be fine if she hasnt called - yet.
