Unhappy Free To Good Home(2 Dogs)

Since we are hopefully going to be moving out in about 3-4 weeks, we have found that unfortunately it would not be feasible to bring our two outside dogs with us. We will give them to a good home for free. We would prefer that they go together, but if they must seperate then that's possible. Both are neutered and have had their shots, flea/heartworm medication monthly. Both are about 50 lbs., give or a take a few.

One is Sarge, a two year old bloodhound/boxer mix. Brown with white paws. Extremely affectionate, in your pocket type. Has been an outside dog for about a year, but he could probably be brought back indoors as he was very well behaved when we had him the house and was potty-trained. He needs a home with someone who has a lot of time for him, and a fenced yard is a MUST. Sarge is very active. He walks on a leash very well, and knows the 'sit' command. He is great with kids and other dogs, but will chase cats. Not agressively, just like he wants to play with them but the cats will NOT tolerate it. It would be great if he could go to a home with another dog to play with. Before we got Weedo he seemed like he got lonely sometimes.

The second is a black and white American Bulldog. He either goes with Sarge, or not at all. We believe that before we adopted Weedo at about a year old, he was in an abusive situation and then at a shelter for a part of his life. He seems to be a little depressed at times, and is very quick to pick up on emotions, and is what I would call very emotional. He has an obsession with sticks, and has shown slight agression in the past when confronted by strangers (people he had never seen before) carrying large sticks, leading us to further believe the possibility of abuse in the past. However, he has never shown any agression towards anyone in the family(sticks or no sticks) and is protective of the family. We may end up keeping him just because. Not good with children.

We would like for our dogs to go to good 'forever' homes. If interested and local, we would very much like to see the house/property where the dog would be kept and to keep in touch periodically. They are very dear to our hearts, and we would never forgive ourselves if they ended up in the wrong hands.

Message me if you're interested, or know somebody who might be. Below is a picture of the two of them. It's not a great one, and I'll try to get more. But it's hard when all they do is follow you around wanting attention.
