My boss lives on the east side of Atlanta, so far the most damage is right downtown, CNN Center area, he is over by Grant Park...not far at all...and he says his house is still standing, but they have the kids in the closet...and there's another storm moving in...Carri, check in!

It missed us, had alot of wind and it is really windy today but we are all OK and no damage.

I know that it also missed everyone below Macon, Amy, and all those guys are OK.

I am sitting outside Soperton in my horse trailer. The winds are really bad. From the skies right now it doesn't look bad. I hope....

Prayers for safety for all of you! We've dodged the bullet here so far in the Fairburn/Palmetto area, here at the house we had golf ball size hail and really heavy rain and winds, but it passed through quickly with no lasting damage; and we were sooo lucky, the line of hailstorms passed north of our barn by about 5 miles, so all the horses got was wet and muddy! It will be in my prayers tonight that you will all be just as lucky!

It has been crazy windy here all day today. We had some hail briefly also with lots of lightning. So far so good. Everyone keep safe.

We have reports of two tornadoes touched down, one a little North and East and one South of us. We received a little hail and lots of wind....it appears that we are coming to the end, almost completely passed over us now. Gonna try and get out and check the horses, I have them out in case I needed to open up gates and turn them loose.

Still really warm at 79 but should be cooling down. Really not going to be able to assess much until daylight, as it is darker than dark out now.

Hope this finds everyone OK, and Cameo please report in when you can.

I saw in the news that there was another tornado reported to have hit Atlanta two days in a row. Today unfortunately there were fatalities.

I saw that Lori, hoping this morning finds nothing worse.

Got pretty bumpy around here last night. We appear to have been very lucky, my guys weathered fine. Hoping that the rest of my surrounding areas has faired the same. We know a large powerstation about 20 miles from us was hit and alot of folks were without power, unsure about any other damage.

Southwest South Carolina was getting hit pretty hard as well, my thoughts and prayers for everyone....weather and conditions like these make you so helpless.

Man it got pretty bumpy here last night. High winds, strong rain. Everyone Human and Horses, dogs livestock made it through. Scary beingin a horse trailer through it, but it stood strong.

Please everyone check in...... Prayers going out to the families who were hurt, injured, or killed in these storms.

I am about 30 miles south of Atlanta Motor Speed Way and we faired fine here. We had some rain and wind but that is about it.
My prayers go out to the ones that were not so lucky.
