Miniature cattle

Does anyone here have miniature cattle? We are thinking about getting into them and are looking to learn all we can about them.

What kind? Dexters, Mini Jerseys...think there is also mini Belted Galloways as well. I know a breeder in Bloomingdale Michigan they will be at the Allegan Fair which starts on Sept. 5th. Pm me if you'd like more information.

We bought a belted galloway/jersey cross cow with a calf by her side. Super cute! I will post pics when we get her home. Anyone else with these little cows?

They are so adorable, but quite expensive to get a start up operation going.

There are also mini-Angus and Mini-Zebus. I was at a place yesterday that had mini-Zebus. The calves are soooo adorable, they are about the size of small fawn. They have really HUGE doe eyes.
