I vaccinate my does 4 to 6 weeks from their due date...or when they start to bag up which occurs on most of mine at about the same time.
The purpose of this vaccination is to have a passive transfer of antibodies from the doe to the kid(s).
So, if you miss the window, it's not a big deal for the doe, but you need to make sure you stick those babies with tetanus as soon as they hit the ground. The CD part will have to wait until they are 4 to 6 weeks old with a booster 6 weeks later.
