Sick pig??

Yesterday we got a pig that we will be raising for someone else.
It got out of its pen and was out for about 15 mins. I finally found it and tried to catch it. It kept running away and ran quite a bit (about 5 mins) and it was very hot out. I finally caught it, mainly due to the fact we were both exhausted.
I checked on her last night and this morning and she seemed fine. Tonight I noticed she has a creamy nasal discharge and a mucusy (sp?) cough (also has mucus around its mouth).
Anyone know what I should do? I'm very new to pigs, first one I've ever had actually.
