No one mentioned plants that are in bloom.

Yeah, my mom's horse HATED when flowers were in bloom. We rode the same trails ALL the time.

Driveways with lots of landscaping - always scarry. My Paint hates walking past the horse trailer

- always has an ear on it.

Good thing Cinder isn't scared of her own farts. She the black in my avatar. The only way to find her in the dark is to stop and listen!

Our Arab "Magic" is scared of purple flowers, but not all purple flowers just the one that grow between the rocks that are along the driveway, won't get with in 5 feet of them. Now if you want to watch just how fast our big boy "Phantom" can go just use the air compressor within hearing distance. He jumps and bolts so fast we stop to look for his spots. Don't try to help get rid of flys either. I can just about drown him with the water hose but the spray bottle if filled an unknown killer substance.

I think we are still missing some here.... like Emu's, wild boar, and Guinea hens.

One of my horses is a "city" horse. Traffic, bikes, skateboarders, lawnmowers and all is fine... I even had a cop car go by with flashing lights and sirens and she is fine. But take her into the woods and the bushes, logs, and trees are just gonna kill her.

One of my neighbors has Guinea Hens. Have you ever heard one of those things scream? I took my green 3 yr old down the road and the hens took one look at her and started screaming and running behind the house... Of course my 3 yr old decides that that must mean they are going to eat her. Screaming birds = pending doom.

And all my horses just know there are monsters at the other side of the arena...
