That area is full of places that claim to offer "pasture board," which often translates into "we have fences, so dump your horse here and we'll gladly take your money."

Personally I much prefer pasture 24/7 with shelter over keeping a horse in a stall, and because of my horse's ringbone, would prefer it for him. However I got the distinct impression with many places that they don't give ANY care whatsoever ... like my horse could be "wondering" around the pasture with a gaping wound and no one would notice for days ... or in this case escape a fence and no one notice for a while ...
