What's Your Favorite Horse Breed?

This question is probably a waste of time but I have nothing better to do! I'm always curious to see everyone's opinions. What's your favorite horse breed and why?

i like all of them! i have to say mustang and appy top the list. i love appy color, history and stamina. also the old appy's had lots of bone and awesome feet, but some people seem to be breeding for color rather than soundness mustang soundness, attitude and looks are awesome, but i'm partial because of my mare

It's hard to choose because I love all horses! Don't we all? I would have to say the Quarter Horse and the Mustang are in my top five. Quarter horses in my point of view are the best tempered, best bred horses because you can do pretty much anything with them and their just great horses to have. Mustangs are just my passion. I love mustangs. They're just so graceful and beautiful. I hate seeing them slaughtered and suffering.

My first love was a Fjord, hence #1, though Quarter Horses are my faves now!

Since I could only put down 1, I marked Friesian but Gypsy Vanner ties with them

I voted for Andalusian because it would only let me vote for one. I love Gypsy Vanners & Friesen's but they are a bit too expensive for me. I currently own a TWH and a QH cross (crossed with what we don't know ).

Im another appy fanatic! Both of my first horses were appaloosas. Both were kid, beginner, retarded rider...or in some cases all three (me) broke. I loved them both! I wish my dad hadn't ever sold them They were so level headed nothing ever bothered them...well my mare didnt like tents but that was about it. They could go all day and never seem to tire out but were very easy to handle. I have tried to find another like them but no luck I have a quarter horse now and I love them as well but I have had better luck with Apps.

I'll be the first to say that I'm enamored of Friesians, though not so much Vanners. I personally love the warmbloods/ draft cross types. I love the look of the baroque Andalusian as well. Since horse is a Hanoverian/Holsteiner/TB cross though, I'd have to go with Hanoverian. Someday, just someday, I'll have a friesian too!

I as well love all horses, favorites friesians, paints, percherons, gypsey. I own a warmblood (percheron crossed with quarter) and an overo and tabiano. My best rides have been on paso finos, but they tend to run a little hot. Mostly I love a level headed horse.

I love all Horses but I absolutely love Appendix (QHxTB) horses, I own one, he's just the best, the brain and manners of a QH and the size and grace of the TB.

TB's have a sensitivity in them that I don't find in my QH...however, my appendix horses do have it...but for solid dependabilty, my QH all the way...
