I've always liked the QHs, but with my girl being TB, she has changed my views on TBs significantly. Plus, I just love her to bits. So I guess I am voting. TB.

I voted Quarter Horse and Paint Horse. I don't care for the hot blooded types.

I also have a great fondness for (even though I've never owned any) draft-type horses (gentle giants) and donkeys/mules (just something about those long ears).

And just how did Haflingers not make the list????? They do it all - with alot less fuss...(and alot more mane) but for sheer elegant gorgeousness, I'd have to go Arabian

Paso Finos for me. I love them. I now have 3 of them. Before I got into Pasos, I had lots of aps, and loved them--sensible, smart, kind, surefooted. But those Pasos are just SO MUCH FUN! They are so flashy and spirited, and yet gentle and kind.

I put Appaloosa because when I was a little girl I was enamored with the romance and that sturdy little horse with the big head But since I am a sucker for the underdog, I'm also a big fan of grade horses, I guess they'd be "Other" or maybe more appropriately "Misc"

I love Arabians...have 4 mares and they are calm, gentle, and so intelligent. I also have a QH rescue who is a sweetheart, so QH's rank up there.
My other choices are Pasos, Andalusians, and Friesians...

I have to agree with others who say I just love them all. But deep down my favorites are quarter horses and paints because honestly I think they are the most versatile you can usually do about anything with them. But I'm sure others are versatile too. I just don't have much experience with others. And I just absolutely love my little shetland pony boy. He is so cute and feisty and I love his size and his big fluffy mane and tail.

My favorites are TWH and minis. The TWH for their disposition and smoothness. Minis because they are so full of personality, ya just gotta love 'em!

I have loved all horses since I was very young. My first horse was an Arabian/Appy mare and she was great! But I sure do love the Spotted Saddle and TW. Love the smooth ride! I also love the paints! We have one.

I am with you knightrider. I love the pasos. They won the trail horse all breed competition in California in both adult and juvenile categories, and talk about versatility! They can walk trot, canter, jump and gait in two different speeds and modalities. They are sensitive, and have the kind of endurance I appreciate in the desert. Give me the hot horses any day, I like to go and need something sure footed in rocky steep terrain. To me they are like gaited-mountain goat-arabs!

I picked Gypsy because it's the closest match to my Drum horse. For the record...I didn't see the "other" option till it was too late.

Don't worry your pretty little head about it. There are way too many breeds to list anyway.

I guess obviously the Friesian breed. I like the modern style more than the older style.

Well, Palomino's are my favorite breed/color and why I don't have one instead of 2 paints and a TB who are bay/brown one will never knowWhen I was a kid I said Im going to have a Palomino and name it Paula

So............ I guess I will have to say Paints. I wanted to start showing them so thats what I bought. I never put much thought into what my favorite breed was since I love all horses.
I had to be the oddball as usual
