I've never heard of them, but if it's formulated for your pet really, and not a marketing scheme, then I'd say it has to be a good food... depending on the ingredients they're using.
Now, if they market it nicely but really they have bins marked "big dog with bad thyroid"... "Lab with corn allergy".... "large breed puppy"... "over weight beagle"... then all they're doing is what you can do yourself with consumer education.
You're paying them for their food to take away the guessing at "which food to buy". They decide for you based on your dogs stats.
If the price is comparable to what you already spend, and they use all natural ingredients, I'd say try it because then you wouldn't have to think about if you're feeding the right food or not.
If they deliver... then you don't even have to make a dog food trip either.
