Is he a mini aussie - he is handsome - what an adorable come-let-me-give-you-a-slobbery-kiss face..

He is actually a toy. He is only 12" and weight 8lbs. And he is SOOOOO spoiled. If he thinks your not giving him enough attention, he comes and sits on whatever your looking at, like the newspaper or puzzle pieces

Oh and he loves to give kisses. He knows how to sit, lay, shake, and speak. I am working on roll over. He tries so hard to herd our horse, but they just laugh at him

He is such a cutie! I've had two standard Aussie's that looked much like him. They are my all time favorite dogs. I would love to have a mini or a toy, but hubby won't let me have one in the house.

Sneak it in, he'll never know for awhile at least. When we first got Bear, he looked like an opossum or a ball, or a big hairy dust bunny. The breeder had to be careful when she turned him out becuz her labs thought he was a ball and would try to retrieve him .

He sounds adorable The same size as my toy poodle and she has the same problem. Tries to herd the goats only they laugh at her that is until Benny comes to help. He's a standard Aussie. It's so much fun to see them work as a team. Benny will get them in motion and Olive will take over. In the meantime Benny gathers any strays and works them into the pen while Olive herds them.
She tried to herd the miniature horses but they learned to run her down so now she is afraid of them. Benny is only a year old and has more training to do. He tries to bite them. Everyone knows not to mess with the cows.

So how did you come up with his name Bear?

OMGOSH I WANT HIM! i never thought i would want an aussie but looking at a little toy aussie..I WANT!

We have a doberman who heards our horses and llama...its too funny all you have to say is duke get em and he runs then you kiss and he starts barking at them, they dont like it soo much and kick or try and bite him.

He looked like a big fluffy bear when we got him, and my mom(being used to labs) kept making jokes about him being "barely there". and the name kinda stuck so I call him Bear or Bearly. And we registered him as Bullhides Bearly There.

This should give the viewers an idea on how little Bear is compared to a full sized Aussie. Bear is the size of the white poodle in this pic.

Olive stands behind him. These are Benny's buddies. Olive and Sandy.

You have some cute puppies too.

Bear thinks hes a lab. He will pick and pick on our labs until they get mad and then he shoves his butt in their face. We joke that hes like "here bite this". I'm not exactly sure why he does it though, unless it's his way of saying he gives up
