Buddy found a new home!

Jesse and Amanda found a family that met Buddy (2 yr old Border Collie) and decided to adopt him. I am praying that it works out. They told the family how energetic he is, how he isn't well disciplined because he hasn't had much attention and they still wanted him. Gerald and I took care of him for a time and let me tell you, a Border Collie without a job can become a dangerous animal! But learn fast? Amazing!

So here's hoping that Buddy is going to the kind of family that can give him the home he deserves... and then some

Good Luck, Buddy!

Can I relate to a BC without a job! I have an older one (12), and thankfully he has settled down. But in his youger days, he was quite the character! We went to visit friends in WV. they had a 75 acre goat farm back in the hollow. Since we were spending the night, we took Pepper along. Just turned him loose and he was in heaven with 75 acres to run on. We were sitting at the house talking and suddenly all of the goats came charging into the front yard. Pepper had gone out on his own, rounded them up and brought them in! Poor goats were not used to being workded by a dog!

They were up front and honest about his character flaws and the family still wanted him.

He's found a good home. Congratulations Buddy!

I have a one year old Aussie that I'm seriously thinking of giving a new home. We have a hard time dealing with his over abundant energy. He loves his job but it's not enough. He puts the energizer bunny to shame.

Glad Buddy has a new home,I have always admired their working when we would see them at State fair. I would like one,but don't have job he could do so he would get too hyper for me.
