It's true what they say about a watched pot never boils.
Latte was whining so I put her outside to go potty. She gets outside the door and gives me this strange look like "why did you put me outside?" I said OK must be she didn't have to go potty. I wish they could talk and say YO I"M IN LABOR!! She comes back in and lays down under my desk. I didn't think anything of it and went back to ready HT threads. Then I smell it.
Birthing fluid. I look down and there she is cleaning a little black puppy. So I grabbed a piece of paper and mark the time. YEPEE!!! A baby boy! Then the waiting game begins. 15 minutes go by no puppy. No biggie as I know it can be a span between puppies. An hour goes by. Now I'm starting to worry. An hour and a half and still no puppy. She won't let me leave. Every time I get up to go into another room she comes looking for me. No contractions either

So I go to a web site I have saved to look up problem deliveries. Nothing there telling me what to do. So I decided I'd come here and see if anyone here knew if I should be worried. Just as I'm preparing to post this out pops baby number 2. Exactly 2 hours after the first puppy was born.
It's a girl

Black like her brother. I can feel another puppy in the birth canal. Looks like this could be an all niter. Someone put a pot on to boil.
