My new puppy [[pics]] {new 7-11-07}

It is now time to spill the beans. One of my closest friends has a registered American Pit Bull Terrior and she bred her to one of our other friends registered American Pit Bull Terrior and low and behold, they had a BEAUTIFUL litter of five. I got pick of the litter and keeping my secret for a couple months now, this is my new, registered, American Pit Bull Terrior, puppy. He needs a name so suggestions are welcome!

First let me introduce mom and dad:

This is Mom, her name is Mollie:

And this is dad, Duke:

And this is my new puppy:

He is adorable, and so are mom and dad! I am terrible with names, though, I currently have a new puppy I got yesterday and I am still trying to name him.

I'm trying to kind of watch his attitude and personality and I'm sure one will just pop up in my head.

What about Luke for a name? Goes along with daddie's name and you could call him Lukie!

Everyone knows I can't keep a secret for too long. I just didn't want to say anything and then not be able to get him so I kept my mouth shut untill he was in my yard playing with the other dogs.

Thanks everyone! We have decided to call him Luke so a BIG thanks to Nynx! "Luke" was the biggest of the litter and the ONLY boy. I'm hoping he'll grow up to look just like dad! I absolutely LOVE Duke and both of the parents have such wonderful temperaments.

Smile My new puppy [[pics]]

Awww he's cute!!! Are you have his ears cropped where they'll stand up? Personally I like the pit breeds with cropped ears but that's just me.

I'm considering it but I REALLY like the look of Duke's ears. If they take the same shape as his I'll probably leave them be.

Spectacular.... and I must add that Dad is one of the most stunning boys that I've ever seen. I think that I could find another spot on the couch for one of his boys! Congrats.

I'm hoping that Luke will grow up to be just like his dad. Don't get me wrong, if he grows up and looks like mom I won't be complaining but I am absolutely in LOVE with Duke.
