3 year old QH filly

Breed: Quarter Horse
Age: 3 years
Gender: filly
Height: withers 15hh, hip 15.1hh, possibly an inch taller on both
Horse's current job and future intended uses: Currently she eats as much as she can while looking cute. In the future I'm hoping for some western games, maybe hus, a little jumping. The world is our limit.
Additional Information: her pedigree: http://www.allbreedpedigree.com/charge+it+lika+lady

She was not the prettiest baby ever to grace this land. Its taken a while for her to come into herself, but I think its happening. Slowly. However I tend to have a hard time getting past the past and her less than stellar head which some creative (aka bad) photographing has made not too apparent.

Taken July 19 - she's not set up great, especially in the front legs

Taken June 7

I think that she is gorgeous. She looks a little butt high, but she's probably still growing. She looks like my horse Mac!

She has a really pretty face! I like her I bet if you got her all bathed and clipped up it would really show her off. Maybe a few better pictures.

I will give this a shot, but forwarning, I'm no confo. whiz.
(and some of your pics make it hard to see certain things, and in the others they are "hidden" by other objects)

I actually like her head , she looks stout and seems to have good bone. Shoulder looks nice, body looks well proportioned, good butt

The only thing I could "tell" was that she *may* toe out slightly behind, and I couldn't see enough of her neck/throat area to realy give any opinion on it.

Good looking girl! Just send her to my house

Thanks guys! Your right, she does toe out a bit in back. Im trying to look on the bright side and go with the "it will be good for sitting for that barrel" excuse.

Ill see what I can do about better photo's. I cant count how many times Iv tried to get good photo's of her. In three years I havent managed it...

In general I like her build. She has the slight toeing out, and although I don't think her back is too long, I do think her underside is disproportionatly long in comarison. It seems like her hindquarters tie in at an angle making her belly look long. I am not sure how to describe what I'm seeing

Otherwise, I like her muscling and color. Pretty mare, seems like she may make a great games horse!

I think she is absolutely wonderful!! Beautiful big bodied bay and only 3! She looks strong and also very kind. She has a beautiful neck. Only negative I have is that her back end is a little high(mostly in the first 2 pics), I like to see a more level topline, but just my opinion.

I know exactly what your talking about, but cant explain it any better.

Iv heard a bit, and it seems like sound reasoning, that it would actually lead to her possibly being faster? Her stride length would be that many times bigger?

Her sire has a SI 101, her paternal sister runs EXACTLY like him, and she can outpace her sister if the mood strikes her.
