I am so sorry about your old guy. It is never easy to let go of a special pet. I stay with mine at the end. It makes me feel better. I am sure you are doing the right thing for him and you.

I'm sorry I'm coming to this late -- I didn't have internet access this weekend.
I'm very sorry for the loss of your kitty. Our family lost an elderly dog to liver/renal failure and an elderly cat to renal failure and I had to make the same hard decision that you had to make. It's never easy and I hope you can take comfort in that you gave him the final gift of a painless end. Hugs to you. |
