Gots me a new kitten!

Sorry, no photos yet! Just got her this morning-a coworker found her in the middle of the road on the way to work and brought her into the office because she didn't know what to do with her. So of course, I volunteered to take her! She looks about 6-8 weeks old and is a med-long haired tortie. She is very very cute, but super flea infested and skinny. I am going to take her in to the vet on Thursday to get checked out.
How long do you think I should keep her quarantined from the rest of the kitty pack? Definitely until I take her to the vet and she will need her vaccines, but after that is there anything I should worry about? I don't think it will be too diffcult introducing her since she's so small and the Bengals are pretty curious and accepting of new animals. I just don't want any diseases passed back and forth. Also, I need ideas for a name!

I guess at least until the fleas are gone too!
Bless you for taking her.
I love the Bengal in your avatar, they are so beautiful

Yes, definitely until the fleas are gone! I would hate to have a flea outbreak.

I can't wait for her photos.. and ask the vet about the quarantine.. some of those shots take a good 3 or 4 weeks to be effective..

Bless you!

so my friend and I thought of a name for little kitty last night...my friend is moving to Hawaii and she has never gotten to name a pet before (her pets always had names when she got them). We both wanted something original and exotic sounding and figured something Hawaiian in honor of her moving would be appropriate. So, we decided to name her Hana...as in the Hana Highway that runs through Maui Which, is actually very appropriate since she was found in the middle of a 4 lane road!
