Amazingly long life for a kitty...and I know that makes it even harder. So sorry for your loss, rest in peace BB.

Thanks again for your sympathy.

You know, when I was little, my neighbor and I used to buy boxes of catnip for B.B. He was one of those cats who LOVED it. He'd stick his paw in the box and grab a pawful and then would commence his rolling.

My dad will be 66 in October, and BB entered our lives in October, 22 years ago. Sort of amazing to think about...

His ashes should come back to us later in the week, and we aren't sure whether we'll hang on to them, or if we'll go back to our old neighborhood (a whopping 4 miles away) and scatter them on a nice day.
