Drat that Car Alarm!

Sitting here in my den on the second floor, surfin' away . .. and I hear this car alarm going off. We had some new townhouses built down the road a bit, and the residents over there are definitely noisier, so I figure it's irritating, but

So I sat here for a good 5 minutes listening to that dang thing, and how annoying it was. Then the doorbell rings.

I went to answer, and see that it's my nextdoor neighbor. She's come to see if I'm home and why haven't I shut off my car alarm. Now, even though my truck is in the garage, I immediately think . .

UH OH . . .

And I run out to the garage and hit the opener, see that the truck is indeed blaring away, but after walking around it and not seeing anything that could possibly have set it off, I run back inside to find my keys . . .

Can't find them, throw a few things around a bit, still can't find them, go grab my second set and finally get the alarm off.

Now, to find that second set of keys, where are they ?? . . .

Have you figured it out yet?

Still not figured it out? What subject did I post this in? . .. .

Boxer was laying on his side, half curled up with them, acting all content, just like he would do with a fresh "kill" . . .

That was hilarious! How many neighbors have signed a petition to exile Boxer from the neighborhood.
