Poor Kitties . . .

I just spent a week out of town. Two months ago I bought a new alarm clock. I have no idea what I did with the manual.

So I remember being waken up by by new clock at 4am the morning I needed to leave to catch my flight. I remember trying to be considerate of my kitties who love to sleep on the bed, and tried to find a way to turn it off for the next week. But I was just simply NOT able to figure out how to turn the darned thing off. I could change the times, but not tell it to turn off the alarm. I didn't want my poor little guys to have to listen to the radio every morning for an hour.

So I did what I thought was the next best thing, and hit the volume dial all the way down.

Got home LATE Friday night and tossed myself into bed.

4am Saturday

RADIO GOES OFF LOOOOOOOUUUUUUUUDDDDD!!!!

I had turned the volume all the way up, not down.

I could swear that the volume thing is installed upside down, you scroll the wheel up to turn the volume down, and down to turn it up. Grrr.

You mean radio as in music or beep beep beep?
You'll know if it affected them if you notice they are up and gone before the alarm rings now that you are home.

Poor kitties poor me, I've been subjected to it for the past 28 years. My husband uses a timer and a school bell. You think your alarm clock is loud. It took me years before I convinced him to put the bell in the closet. It goes off even on his days off
