Help name the Kitty

Hey all
I just adopted a cat and I'm trying to think up a name for her. She is a calico who has a very sweet personality. She is very shy though and has the strangest eyes I have ever seen. Here is a link to a pic of her: http://www.montanapets.org/pp/pictures/06-PP120C.html
Any ideas would be great.
thanks
Britt

Pearl.

Here's my reasoning (and may I warn you that I'm very WEIRD and very into word-play):

From the picture, my very first thought was the long nose and she reminded me of the "Beast" in the TV show "Beauty & the Beast" (late 80's). Now that's not much of a compliment, so please don't take it the wrong way, it's just the long nose with that coloration made me think of his madeup nose.

So anyway, the guy who played the beast was Ron Perlman.

Your kitty is a girl.

Pearl.

Pearl the girl.

She is VERY pretty! I like calicos, especially the splotchy kind, as opposed to mottled.

I tried Pearl with her, but it just doesn't seem to fit. I think Pearl and I think smooth and refined. This kitty is anything but. Sorta spacey and googly eyed(which is part of the reason I got her). But keep them coming

She reminds me of a kitty I used to have. Her name was "Egypt"

This kitty looks like an "Egypt" too! Pearl is also pretty... Since she's calico, Callie would be cool too or Pandora or.. or...

I love naming cats!

I'd call her Iris.
What a pretty girl, I've never seen eyes like that before.

love those eyes!

I've always wanted to name an adopted female cat "Princess de la Rue" or Rue for short (pronounced roo) (it's french for princess of the street.. like.. pretty little stray.. you get the point). Unfortunately my husband does the kitten naming.. so we've got Beanie and Nala = )

I like both Iris and Rue. Part of the reason I picked her was because of those eyes. They are very unique and they give her a exotic look. Plus, she's just a sweet cat.
Thanks

Beautiful cat! When I first saw her, her eyes reminded me of a jack-o-lantern. Her eyes looked kinda creepy, but cool. You could call her lantern. Have a wonderful time with your new feline friend.

Name The Kitty

Hello very pretty kitty she reminds me of a patch work blanket so (patches ) would work or my one daughter says ( tabby) n my other daughter says (sparkles) because her eyes do seem to sparkle kind of shaped like wolf eyes with that sparkle.

I had a cat named "Lolita" before. She was a little hussie (sp)

Sometimes you just have to live with them for awhile and then one
day a name just fits. I named my other cat "Munchie" because well,
she liked to eat of course, actually she ate everything.

She is a very beautiful and unique cat, so the name should fit
her unique-ness.

Hey Everyone
Thanks for all the name suggestions. I've decided to name her Aja as I think that is the one that fits her best.
Thanks again
