white grey?

I was reading about colors and I noticed this...it says that

"This term describes horses who have completed the greying process. All pigment in the hair, including that in his mane, tail and legs has been removed. The darkness of the muzzle is just the skin."

Reno is a grey, but is he a white grey, like everything is white but his muzzle is dark...but now that he is getting older he is getting his flea bits, so now he is a flea bitten grey....so the question is...WAS he a white grey?
Of course pictures and the link is below where I got the info

shows that his mane and tail are white(about a year ago, also very dirty)

This one was taken a couple weeks ago showing his spots

Now showing his dark muzzle (also dark around his eyes)

White grey is just a description. The horse is still grey but has finished and turned white. Many greys get flea bitten as they get older. Some greys turn white in a couple years and some take 10-15 years to go white. I have a very slow greying filly. Her sire is also very slow to grey.

I think we have horse twins..

I think gray is a process, not so much a color. White gray is a step on the process...before they try to regain color with flea bites but I am still learning.

White gray sounds like a made-up term to me.
