I know nothing about qh pedigrees. I do know he's n/n. Any insight would be helpful.

Based on pedigree alone, sounds like he could halter or pleasure.

I will tell you what I do know, The Poco bloodlines tend to physically mature a little later bred more for reining and they tend to be on the shorter side. With the Impressive bloodline, from my understanding they are bred for build and temperament, of the stallions I have been around I did enjoy the Impressive bred ones more just due to their demeanor, pretty gentle not overly agressive with the girls (maybe the ones I have been around were well trained)

Here's a photo of him from last fall. He is starting to almost look more baby again now. He's 15.1H now.

He does have that wonderful quiet personality and is very easy to handle.

He is handsome.. He could halter - but I don't know about AQHA shows.. Maybe open, or the IBHA or ABRA or ARHA... I am really not a halter person..

He has the breeding to do roping or reining - since he is 15.1, he really is a bit big for reining or cutting full time - go with roping.. team penning.. ranch versatility classes .. He would be a knock out in WP...

My goodness but he is built..

He is gorgous! By his pedigree I would say Halter and Reining and cutting.

The lines are more halther being double bred Impressive then reining or cutting. You will not find a reiner or cutter even looking at a horse bred or even realy built like that.

He is a looker and would do best as a halter prospect. He might do ok as a rope horse as he will have the size if he likes cattle. I know my stallion who is a g-grandson of Impressive loves to play with cattle however he also has other lines that lend themselves that way.
