New foal guessing! Its a girl! Pics added!

Well, this is Honey. The second and last mare to foal here at the farm this year.

She is bred to Bay TB. Due date is mid March.

What do you all think? When will she foal? She is huge! Very spongey in the behind. She has next to no bag but, she is a maiden mare.

So, any guesses?

What color? What breed is she?

I'm going to have to go with March 18, beautiful bay colt with a blaze.

she looks like she's getting some edema and maybe her milk veins are starting to stand out... I'd say at the very earliest another 3 weeks, at the latest 6-8 weeks.

You'll have to ask one of the super color gurus what colors are possible, but she looks really silvery to me. Is she palomino with another gene there, maybe silver or champagne or something??

When she is not bleached out from the sun she is a golden pally.

She is a quarter horse cross. Not sure what she is crossed with but, she is gaited.

Her bag looks very similar to our maiden mare's bag. Ninnies never did "inflate."

Well, hubby has named her Lilly Dancer. She is the spittin image of mom. I went out the last time to check on her at 4am and hubby went out at 6 and there she was.
