The reno's have started!

Well I posted a thread yesterday with great big news annoucing that the farm is now ours!

Today I have more wonderful news, the reno's have started!! Woohoo!! The first two things that are being worked on are the cistern & septic.

Here are the pictures...

This is where the new cistern is going to go...



And this is going to be the new septic!



What I'm going to try and do is keep you all updated on our reno's.

Those are the most exciting holes I have seen in quite a few years (since we bought our place!) I love the house by the way! I am soooo jealous, with the creek and old farmhouse, That look's like my dream place!

Well I have even more pictures now! The septic and cistern are already in the holes! Man they work fast!

Two very important functions in home owning.Congrats on the speedy reno time those are two areas you do not want to stay out of order for to long.
