It's ours!!!

So I have some wonderful news!!! The title is in our names as of today and the property is OURS!!! WOOOHOOOO!!!!!!!

The property includes 1765 square foot 2 story home, barn, out buildings, fenced & crossed fenced and a creek flowing through it on 161 acres.

We have been waiting for a long time for this and there has been many road blocks along the way but it has all been passed and the title is transfered. We are now starting the reno's on our place and as a lot of you know we brought the horses up there August 01st for PCC's parents to watch.

So some of the reno's that we will be doing are; all new windows & doors, a whole new bathroom (jetted tub with all the bells & whistles), a bathroom upstairs, a new kitchen, tile floors, refinish the hardwood, a new furnace, hotwater tank, cistern, septic, insulation in the roof, stove, dishwasher, paint the whole house & a new deck and fence!

We also will be renoing the barn from a farrowing barn for hogs to a 6 stall, tack room & feed room barn within the next year as well for the horses.

I'm totally in love with this house and we are going to try and keep it to look as beautiful as we can! It has so much old wood in it that I want to keep. I can't wait to move and I'm sitting on pins and needles now!

Oh and here are a few pictures!

Awww .

I don't think she posted enough pictures . Need the creek and snow in at least one picture . Maybe she's in denial about the winters .

Looks like the pot of gold at the end of the rainbow is in your front yard! Congratulations on a beautiful home.

ETA: From a fellow DIY-er, keep your tools organized and clean in an easily accessible loation so when you need them the next time they're ready lol. We just did new laminate floors, doors and tile. As we moved boxes from one room to the next things disappeared only to reappaear after replacement
