Moving already...

Well Scooty has been at his new home for one night and I've already decided to move him. I can see its just not going to work out where he is and I don't want to worry about him constantly. I just don't trust the people at the barn AT ALL, they've said some pretty alarming things to me in just the past day, make me wonder why I even took Scooty there. I went out to find him tonight, it was really late and dark because I got out of work late and then had to pick up the dog at the vet (huge stinkin bill )... but anyways I got out there and theres this strange car parked in the barn aisle with people in it (might I add wierd wierd people), and of course I'm freaked out and just want to leave... but worried about Scooty. Then to make things worse, I can't find him! I ended up hiking around their darn pasture for over an hour in the dark with a stupid flashlight that wasn't working well before I found where the horses were and yep he was out there with the older group of horses. He seemed rather happy, but had little cuts all over his legs. Nothing too serious, but I promply called my boss and she is going to pick him up tomorrow morning. Donno if I can afford to keep him there long, but at least I will know he is save. Ahgg what a nightmare. Doesn't help that my fiance is still on a business trip, so I'm in this alone... thats a whole other story though!
Can't wait till we can find our own place and have the horses right in the back yard...

Golly hope all goes well for you and Scooty-just when you were getting him and so excited to have something like this happen. Try to get some rest tonight-know you will worry about him till your boss picks him up. Hopefully you will be able to find a place that will be better for him and you won't have to worry about him.

Here's hoping you find a great place. Save for your own land----good plan! After reading so many posts about boarding issues---I'm so glad mine are in the backyard.
